One partner for all of your IT.

No more lining up contractors for every task and explaining the same thing to different people. Come with a task in your own words — we’ll get it, shape it, and take it on.

We have a few contractors — each owns their piece, and when something breaks, they all point at each other.

I explained the task — they built the wrong thing. I rephrased it — wrong again. I’m tired of thinking for the people doing the work.

IT sort of works, but it’s unclear how or what’s going on in there. I just want to hand it to safe hands — and not come back.

We work differently.

Approach

You explain it however you can — we translate it into the language of technology.

Most providers wait for a finished brief. We get into it before the brief even exists. We hear what you actually need — even when you describe it in your own words. And we explain it back without jargon, in a way that makes sense to you. Thinking for you is our job.

01

You come with the task as it is

No need to prepare a spec or know the terms. Tell us in your own words — we’ll figure it out.

02

We understand what’s behind it

We hear not just the task but the context. What actually hurts, where the cause is, what comes next.

03

We solve it and explain it clearly

We take it on — and keep you in the loop in your language. Not in terms, but in what it means for your business.

04

We build the whole system

Scattered tasks come together into one whole. Your business’s IT works as a system, not a pile of workarounds.

What we cover

Your business’s IT — every solution in one place.

Not a list of services, but full coverage. Everything tied to technology in your business is on us.

01

Infrastructure & environment

Everything the company runs on — set up, working, not falling over. Private cloud, internal networks, security, team support.

02

Processes & automation

Data flows on its own. People do meaningful work instead of moving numbers by hand between programs.

03

Products & tools for the task

No ready-made solution on the market? We build our own. Portals, booking, accounting, sales — shaped around your process, not the other way around.

04

AI where it actually helps

Not for the hype — but where it takes routine off real people and delivers a measurable result.

Cases

Different industries. Different tasks. Always a solution.

Children’s art studio

AI booking agent + accounting automation

Problem

The administrator was drowning in inbound messages: every new client meant a separate chat, manual booking, and the same questions over and over. Behind the scenes — one legal entity, several branches, a shared till, and per-branch income reconciled by hand. The balance never matched.

Solution

We deployed an AI agent that handles inquiries on its own and books the first class — clients are sure they’re talking to a real person. In parallel, we integrated payment systems and automated income distribution.

Result

The agent books 95% of new clients on its own. The administrator is freed up. The balance reconciles itself — the owner and the accountant are at ease.

Group of companies, developer

Full turnkey IT support

Problem

Several sites, a complex structure, an international team. No unified infrastructure, no staff support, no transparent reporting for investors. And the systems were running without a security audit.

Solution

We built the group’s entire IT infrastructure, organized staff tech support, and ran a comprehensive security audit. We launched a portal with automated reporting — separately for employees, separately for investors.

Result

Reporting accuracy went up, manual operations dropped many times over. Investors see a transparent picture in real time.

Helicopter company

Online booking and ticket payment

Problem

Tickets were sold only through managers: they checked the schedule by hand, answered the same questions, and processed every sale. No off-the-shelf solution for selling helicopter flight tickets existed on the market.

Solution

We designed and shipped a turnkey system: the client picks a flight, books, and pays — with no manager involved.

Result

Sales run autonomously. The team works on their own tasks instead of processing tickets.

Used-car platform from Korea

Localized catalog with final-price calculation

Problem

Clients searched for cars on Korean marketplaces themselves — in a foreign language, with no understanding of the final price in Russia.

Solution

We built a platform that fully parses the Korean secondary market. We translated the catalog into Russian, adapted it for the market, and added automatic final-cost calculation including delivery.

Result

The client picks a car in their own language — with a clear price upfront, no correspondence and no manual estimates.

Coffee shop chain

Operational control automation

Problem

The manager checked cleaning and inventory across several locations by hand. Staff reported in a shared chat — inconvenient, unstructured, easy to lose.

Solution

We built a bot right inside Telegram, where the team already worked: it assigns tasks on a schedule and tracks completion.

Result

The manager is freed up. It’s easier for staff — clear, standardized tasks in a familiar tool.

Virtual racing club

Booking, rental and client-records system

Problem

They needed to build a system for a racing simulator from scratch: client booking, rental, integration with the game, a client base, and a leaderboard by track.

Solution

We designed and shipped a comprehensive turnkey system.

Result

Clients book time, compete with each other, and set records — all in one place.

Who it’s for

We work with companies of 15–150 people.

Non-tech businesses that want to focus on their own work — and know their IT is in safe hands.

  • 01

You’ve outgrown “we managed on our own,” and IT is starting to slow the business down.

  • 02

You have contractors, but no one who holds the whole picture together.

  • 03

You want to hand off IT and forget about it — and know there’s someone to turn to.

About

Grigory Lisovsky — grigoreo.dev

I step into the task where others wait for a finished brief. You don’t need to come with a spec — come with what’s happening, and translating it into the language of technology is my job. Preferably before things go bad, not after.

I hear the business in its own language — and talk to the engineers in theirs. I explain it back so it makes sense to you: no jargon, no condescension, to the point.

Behind me is a team of specialists for every task. You always know who you’re talking to. What happens inside is our concern, not yours.
